Shannon and Matt’s Wedding

I have known Shannon’s parents  Karen and Chuck for several year’s and I am honored to a part of their daughter’s special day! When we arrived at the Franklin Square Inn and Suites, we were greeted by a very excited bride-to-be, three attendants; Jill, Maria and Annie and of course Shannon’s very proud parents.
It was awesome that the entire wedding was at the Franklin Plaza.  After we left the suite we just walked across the street with Matt and his brother Peter for their photo shoot. As we entered the ballroom where the ceremony and reception were to take place, we were in awe of how On Ty from Surroundings Florist transformed this room into a fairytale wedding.  The stunning centerpieces were just part of the amazing artistry of On Ty’s creative genius.

Franklin Plaza is always consistent with their excellent service, amazing food and their ability to make every wedding unique to the individual bridal reception. After the parent dances and cake cutting, the guests were treated to Russ the DJ from Piano Man and Matt the groom treated us to some fancy foot work that had everybody dancing. It was truly a fun day with the joining of two loving families and we thank you

Meghann and Kyle’s Wedding

Sunday had to be one of the hottest days in August, but when we arrived at Meg’s family home,
everyone was cool and calm as they prepared to get ready for their daughter’s special day. Meg looked beautiful as she walked into the family room knowing that in just a couple of hours her dream will come true!
At the church two handsome guys, Kyle and his brother Justin were waiting patiently while family and friends were gathering to witness this happy young couple say I do. The ceremony was perfect and now we are off to The Glen Sanders Mansion. As we arrived guests were escorted to the patio overlooking the Mohawk River as they experienced a magnificent array of cocktails and hordeurves.  The ballroom looked
spectacular with beautiful floral arrangements and bags of heather for quests to take home as favors.  Nate from Piano Man DJ Productions introduced the excited wedding party into the room and this party got started!  After all the formalities and an emotional speech from the father of the bride, everyone especially all the kids, were dancing the night away!

Anna and Richards Wedding

Mohawk River Country Club

From the moment we arrived at the Mohawk River Country Club the feeling of excitement and happiness filled the room where Anna and family were getting ready. Anna looked magnificent in her strapless gown and cathedral length veil. We were having so much fun with Anna and the girls, they wanted us to stay, but it was time to get to St. Luke’s and spend some time with the groom. Rich was anxiously waiting for us and looked very handsome for his photo shoot as did his brother Paul, his best-man.  Despite the heat in the church, their family and friends filled the church to witness the ceremony of this loving couple Anna and Rich.

After a beautiful ceremony, Anna & Rich wanted to stop at Union College for some pictures with the wedding party.  I must say that was a great choice!  

Back to the Mohawk River Country Club, where the cocktail hour was about to begin.
From the elaborate display of cocktail hour food, to the tasty main entree and decedent dessert buffet, nothing is left out to make sure the bride and grooms wedding celebration is perfect! After the bridal party was introduced by Fernando from Piano Man DJ Productions, we were treated to Anna and Rich’s first dance together, followed by the parent dances and a very emotional toast from Paul the best-man.  Rich also gave a heartfelt toast to his new wife. Once all the formalities were complete, Fernando had everyone up on their feet dancing all night until the end of what turned out to be a wedding that surely will be remembered and talked about for years to come.

Kelly and Dan’s Wedding

What a spectacular day Kelly and Dan had for this happy fun loving couple! The weather was picture perfect with awesome cloud formations and no humidity. Kelly looked beautiful in her strapless white wedding dress and stunning pink shoes!

At the church Dan looked handsome as he anticipated the arrival of his bride-to-be, anxiously waiting to start their new life together. After the ceremony, we were off to the Glen Sanders Mansion, overlooking the Mohawk River. No matter what centerpieces are used or what color linens are covering the tables, the grand ballroom can be transformed into any brides dream wedding. As soon as the introductions were complete, the guests were treated to a very emotional father/daughter dance followed by dinner.  The food, the ambiance and the service at the Mansion is always outstanding. Now that all the formalities were completed, DJ Cool Cat Vinny, had everyone up on their feet dancing and just having a great time until the clock struck midnight!
Thank you Kelly and Dan for letting us be a part of your special day, and enjoy your honeymoon in Hawaii!
